Discipline, Rules, and Student Handbook Highlights

We guide students to be respectful, responsible, and punctual. Parents are welcome to visit the school to check their ward's progress during the allotted time.

Discipline During Assembly
  • Concentrate on the prayer and recite correctly.
  • Stand in attention during the National Anthem without school bags.
  • Disperse in silence without deviating from the queue.
  • Listen to announcements and inform your parents.
Classroom Discipline
  • Keep classrooms neat, clean, and organized.
  • Do not scribble on walls or desks or stick pictures.
  • Use the dustbin; do not shout or howl.
  • Switch off lights and fans when not in use.
  • Smart boards should be kept clean and handled with care.
  • Remain attentive in class; do not play during intervals.
Break-Time Discipline
  • Maintain discipline during break and lunch.
  • Wash hands before lunch.
  • Do not spill food; avoid litter.
  • Share food and keep the area clean.
Before Leaving the School
  • Check diary instructions from teachers.
  • Show the diary to parents and get a signature.
  • Show the signed diary to the teacher the next day.
Commuting by Bus
  • Maintain discipline in the school van or bus.
  • Do not eat or drink in the bus.
  • Enter and leave in single line; young children first.
  • Remain seated until the bus reaches its destination.
School Transport Rules
  • Collect the correct schedule from the transport-in-charge.
  • Inform the transport-in-charge of any changes in commuting.
  • Small children will be taken back to school if no one receives them.
  • Van fees are payable before the 1st of every month.
Uniform and Hairstyles
  • Uniform must be clean and well-pressed.
  • Only formal pants and shirts for boys.
  • Shoes must be polished; collars buttoned.
  • ID card and badges must be worn daily.
  • Girls (Class I-III): short hair with a black bow.
  • Girls (Class IV-VIII): double plaits with black hair bands.
  • Boys: short hair (defence style) only.
General Rules for All Students
  • School hours: 08:50 to 03:30.
  • Reach before the first bell at 08:50.
  • Late arrivals must submit a delay form.
  • Bring the handbook every day.
  • Speak only in English.
  • Avoid gold ornaments; smart watches are not allowed.
  • Respect parents, teachers, and elders.
  • Do not waste food or water; keep toilets clean.
  • Birthdays: greetings only; wear coloured dress.
  • Label personal belongings; the school is not responsible for loss.
Leave Rules
  • Submit leave applications in advance, except emergencies.
  • Leave application must be signed by parents/guardians.
  • Use the official leave format in the handbook.
  • Students must catch up on missed work.
